The help and guidance page includes guidance on what to do if:
- You cannot validate your Guernsey Driving Licence
- You cannot validate your Population Management or Housing Control Document number
Include a brief overview of your query as well as your full name so we know who to contact. If you have a telephone number that we can use to contact you, include that too.
Important! You should never reveal your password to anyone, including staff in the MyGov Support Team. If you are ever asked to provide your password by phone or email, suspect a scam.
