If you have a question about creating a MyGov account

Please check our help and guidance page in the first instance.

The help and guidance page includes guidance on what to do if:

  • You cannot validate your Guernsey Driving Licence
  • You cannot validate your Population Management or Housing Control Document number

For further assistance, email or alternatively call the MyGov Customer Support Team on 01481 221000.

Include a brief overview of your query as well as your full name so we know who to contact. If you have a telephone number that we can use to contact you, include that too.

Important! You should never reveal your password to anyone, including staff in the MyGov Support Team. If you are ever asked to provide your password by phone or email, suspect a scam.
